Cancellation & Refund Policy

Winter Camp – Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 21 days or more before the first day of camp: 100% refund
  
  

• Cancellations made 14 to 20 days before the first day of camp: 50% refund
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first day of camp: Non-refundable

Illness / Medical Reasons

• If the athlete cannot attend due to illness, a doctor’s note is required.

• In these cases, the family may receive a credit to use for a future session or program.

• No cash refunds are provided for medical absences.
  
  

10-Week Program – Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 1 month or more before the program start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the program starts will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date are non-refundable.

Missed Sessions

• Missed practices due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or mild illness cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• In special circumstances, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Atmosphere Sports Development.

Program Cancellation by Atmosphere Sports Development

• If a practice or session must be cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or coach emergency, families will receive either:

  • a make-up session, or

  • a credit or refund, depending on the situation.
